William H. McCracken
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. McCracken has extensive experience in the financial services industry, having served in a variety of roles. He most recently served as chief financial officer at Reliance Trust Company. Prior to his employment with Reliance Trust Company, Mr. McCracken worked for Wachovia Bank and Fulton Federal. Mr. McCracken graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Georgia State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. McCracken is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, and the Institute of Management Accountants. Mr. McCracken works with clients on custom research projects. He is Hispanic-American and is fluent in Spanish.
Genie M. Driskill
Chief Operating Officer,
Senior Vice President — Research
Ms. Driskill has directed studies at SYNERGISTICS since 1981 on numerous topics in the small business and consumer financial services industry. She is responsible for all stages of a project including topic selection and definition, development of proposal and marketing materials, questionnaire development, survey analysis, industry executive interviews, and strategic assessment. Prior to joining SYNERGISTICS, Ms. Driskill was senior research associate at Payment Systems Inc. (PSI). A graduate of Memphis State University, she holds an M.L.S. from Vanderbilt University.
Kenneth R. Owenby
Vice President, Senior Research Director
Mr. Owenby has extensive experience with questionnaire design, data analysis, and various multivariate techniques. He has worked on studies examining the savings and investment market; debit and other electronic transaction cards; and delivery of financial services via ATMs, voice-response systems, PCs, and other electronic channels. Prior to joining SYNERGISTICS in 1986, he worked on a wide range of marketing research assignments at Strategic Research Center. He holds a B.S. from Florida State University and has completed course work toward an M.S. in Marketing Communications.
Stacy W. Casebier
Vice President, Research Director and Editor
Ms. Casebier has extensive experience in questionnaire design, data analysis, and report writing. She has worked on studies in the areas of consumer and corporate credit cards, credit, electronic delivery systems, transaction accounts, and the small business market. Ms. Casebier is also responsible for supervision of the editorial phase of all publications. Prior to joining SYNERGISTICS in 1989, she worked in the area of consumer research as a project director with a local research firm. She also served as part of the editorial staff for a legal publisher where she was responsible for a weekly magazine and a number of legal texts. Ms. Casebier holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Georgia.
VP of Client Relations
Mark has over 20 years’ experience in the marketing and market research arena, focusing on creating viable marketing strategies and solutions for the financial industry. Having held senior positions at the Bank of New York, Prudential, Union Fidelity, TNS, and Ipsos, Mark brings a vast knowledge and expertise related to the market research issues in the financial industry.
Mark has considerable expertise in developing relationships and working closely with clients to better understand their needs and help find solutions to their issues. He has extensive experience in using marketing research to identify viable marketing strategies. Mark strongly believes that ongoing program analysis and direct pro-active relations with clients are crucial to delivering and maintain a successful campaign and a long lasting working relationship. Mr. Sutin holds a B.A. in Political Science minor in History from Brooklyn College.
Jamise M. Murray
Ms. Murray joined the SYNERGISTICS team in 2007. In her position as Marketing Research Associate , she works with the research team on syndicated and custom research projects. She is responsible for RFPs for vendors, statistical checking, questionnaire development, and sales and marketing support. Prior to joining the SYNERGISTICS team, Ms. Murray worked for a business development organization where she successfully managed several business development projects for her clients. Ms. Murray holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from AACSB accredited, Savannah State University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Ms. Francis joined the SYNERGISTICS team in early 2010. She is responsible for coordinating the production of reports, including quality control and the preparation of graphics for reports and presentations. She also plays a key role in the distribution of reports to clients, website management, and the preparation of marketing and promotional materials. Prior to joining SYNERGISTICS, Ms. Francis worked for TrustWay Insurance where she was responsible for creating marketing materials and implementing new marketing strategies. Ms. Francis holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from Georgia State University.
