The Home Equity Lending Monitor was launched to track and measure important issues in the continually changing home equity lending market. The Monitor features a series of multiphase research elements including background research, a national consumer survey, a presentation, and a project report. This annual monitor will benefit the entire home equity team including market research, product management, database marketing, and communications/advertising, as well as risk management.

• Research Design -- National Telephone Survey – 1,000 homeowners, including 450 equity line/loan holders and 150 equity line/loan prospects.
